Pre-Meeting…

Everyone went through the normal “where’s Barry?” ritual before hand; tho this time no one had heard anything from him since he didn’t turn up to the last meeting.

1. Chairman (Rob)
There’s a storm approaching, so let’s get on with it. (8.10pm)

2. Secretary (Steve)
Reserves friendly v Airborne is on the same pitch as Steve Ault’s son, Chris, was nearly sick last season

Beets signed on

Fines totalling £150. Steve paid these as they were his fault, but got £35 for the cancelled match that was everyone going away’s fault

Steve likes the new(est) Timbaland tune. Oh, and read out the last minutes even though he hadn’t typed them up yet.

3. Treasurer (Chris)
Um, there was loads of cash handed in by Steve and Matt, with the textual promise from Daz that he would drop what he had (a very small package, by all accounts) on Chris’ lap at the first opportunity, and apparently it just about covered what we owed, so Chris agreed we could pay what was outstanding.

4. First Team (Daz)
Daz, who called the meeting, didn’t turn up…

5. Reserves (T)
All is going alright. Good attitude and training attendance slowly increasing, but still could be better

6. AOB (All)

• Xmas Social to be arranged either 12th or 19th December, to include Chef Canton
• Chris gave £10 to T for a new match ball
• Everyone took the piss out of Blobby Love for doubling in size and halving in speed
• Players to be encouraged to bring mates to training with view to cover when absenteeism kicks in when it’s cold…
