Steev Tovey held off the challenge from Mr Law, Dazza, Benny and Jack Tomlinson to take the crown in this seasons Fantasy Football competition.
Another seasonal tradition, the club always enters a Super League into the Telegraph's Fantasy Football competition and it is a crown which does create some fierce competition between the boys at the club.
Club Secretary Steev Tovey ended up romping home with a score of 1704 - 127 points clear of his nearest rival. Through out the season however, Steev-O had to put up with intense pressure from Mr Law with his "Crow's Lost?" team, club managers Dazza Allen and Matt Tomlin and Ann Robinson's little brother Benny Smith.
Steev was one of the few managers who took advantage of the FA Cup final, filling his side with Pompy players before the final game to confirm his title. The only other managers to benefit from this tactic were mid-table Martz Ager, who staged a late come back to finish away from the bottom pack, and the super competitive Ben Smith, taking 16 points on the final day to pip Dazza to third.
The wooden spoon goes for Timmy Rainer's "Wait For Me" team, who finished rock bottom with a pathetic 565 points, 312 points behind second from bottom Matt Hudson, the U's Media Manager.
Details of the next competition will be posted as soon as they available. Keep your eyes peeled here at fcdrury.co.uk!
