The First team efforts for last season were rewarded by the league earlier this month, as they confirmed the First team had done enough to secure promotion and will be playing in Division 3 next season.

Quesion marks remained at the end of the season as the First fell to a 5 - 3 defeat at the hands of rivals AFC Lexden, leaving FC Drury in 4th position, joint on points with 3rd placed AFC Lexden. But, die to other teams folding above the Division 4, the Drury were awarded promotion, which is just rewards for an amazing season.

On the other side, the Ressies were faced with the possibilty of relegation, only recieve news that they also had been promoted! OK, so the entire Division 5 were 'promoted', but still, congrats on yet another promotion for the FC Drury football club!
